Bield Response 24 (BR24)

BR24 is our digital alarm monitoring service which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This professional and reliable service is available to support people in both planned and emergency situations and provides greater peace of mind for customers and their loved ones.

Our alarm units consist of a discreet pendant button (which can either be worn around your neck or wrist) and a small box fitted inside your home.  With this simple and easy to use system, you can access immediate remote support.

Just one press of your pendant connects you to one of our highly-skilled operators.  They are able to access your details immediately so they know who you are and why they are talking to you.  Whether it's providing advice and reassurance over the telephone, contacting a family member, friend or carer on your behalf or calling the emergency services to provide additional support, our team are here to ensure you get the help you need, when you need it. 

Flexibility to suit you 

The BR24 service has a range of extras designed to meet individuals' specific needs. As well as pendants, we can also monitor flood, gas and fire/smoke monitors as well as more specialised services for people with dementia or other disabilities such as door open alarms and impact detectors.  BR24 is fully accredited by the TEC Services Association.

Working in Partnership
