Bield will be launching a new Customer Contact Centre on Monday 13th May 2024. The introduction of this new Customer Contact Centre is an exciting step towards a more connected, efficient and customer-focused future.
From 13th May, all Bield services can be accessed via our new telephone number: 03000 132 162. Customers and staff can call this number to report repairs, enquire about housing applications and much more.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving communication and streamlining services, our new single telephone number is designed to serve as a direct line to the Customer Contact Centre. We've simplified the process, making customer convenience our main priority. To our valued tenants and customers, this is a shortcut to support and exceptional service.
