Brae Court – Lift Out of Service

The lift at Brae Court is now back in service following attendance by the lift engineer.
We are continuing to follow up with our Property team and lift contractor regarding the cause of today’s breakdown and any further action required.
We are sorry for the disruption and concern caused and thank tenants, families and friends for their patience.
Brae Court – Lift Out of Service

The lift at Brae Court is currently out of service following a breakdown earlier today.
An engineer has attended and we are working urgently with our Property team and contractors to understand what repairs are needed and how quickly the lift can be restored.
We know this may be worrying for tenants, families and friends, particularly where someone relies on the lift to move around the building safely and independently.
If you are concerned about a relative or need support, please speak to the Local Manager at Brae Court or contact our Customer Contact Centre.
We are also considering what interim arrangements may be needed if the lift cannot be restored promptly.
We will keep tenants and families updated as soon as we have further information.
