Help us vote for our Team of the Year!

The Bield Staff Awards celebrate the dedication and hard work of our staff and aim to recognise and reward those who go above and beyond their normal duties.

This year we have eight award categories - the winners of seven of these have been selected by a judging panel comprised of staff from across the organisation.

We are looking for help from the public to vote for the winner of our eighth award category - Team of the Year.

All of the winners will be announced at the Bield Staff Conference & Awards which is taking place on Thursday 28th September.  We are immensely proud of the work of all of our staff and thank them all for their commitment and dedication.




The BR24 team provide essential 24/7 support to customers, consistently managing a high call volume and responding to emergencies. They also provide support to colleagues across all offices and developments and their professionalism and empathy shines through in every interaction they have.




The HR Team are always helpful and supportive to all employees, going above and beyond to make sure employees are heard.  They ensure that everything runs smoothly and provide valuable support to departments and services.



Linlithgow Bield at Home

The Linlithgow Bield at Home team always go the extra mile to provide outstanding care to tenants.  By working effectively and collaboratively, they deliver tenant-led care resulting in increased satisfaction for those they support.



Oakburn Park Day Care

The Oakburn Park Day Care team provide outstanding care to frail older people and people with dementia.  The team always go the extra mile to ensure service users have the best time and feel involved and supported to take part in activities. 



Owner Services

The Owner Services team showed resilience and dedication by supporting customers and their own colleagues during a difficult time.  Despite very testing circumstances, the team are now embracing the challenges for the future.



Repair Line

The Repair Line team have handled a lot of change in recent years brilliantly.  They have adapted quickly to the introduction of our new housing management system and remain committed to providing excellent customer service.
