Welcome to the My Bield customer portal!

My Bield allows you to access your tenancy information and a range of Bield services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can use My Bield to: 

  • view your rent account and download statements 
  • view correspondence from Bield and log enquiries 
  • receive important messages 
  • request repairs and track progress 

 

Customers can also use My Bield to apply for a new home.  This function allows applicants to: 

  • apply for housing anytime, anywhere 
  • view information and track application status in real time 
  • stay connected with us

Existing users can log in for immediate access to their My Bield account.  If you are not an existing user, you must register in order to proceed.  Please note, customers with an existing application DO NOT need to complete a new application form on My Bield.  Details of the existing application will be visible when you log in to your My Bield account.  If you experience any difficulties or cannot see any current application, please email customerportal@bield.co.uk 

If you are creating a new application, please note that the application form may take a few minutes to load, and it may appear that nothing is happening whilst the form loads.  We appreciate your patience with this step in the process.  Once registered for My Bield, please ensure you only click the Apply for Housing button once.  Repetitive clicking of this button will result in multiple duplicate applications being created and this may result in the processing of your application being delayed.
