The upgrade is expected to take approximately 8-12 weeks, during which time some services - particularly housing applications - may take longer to process. Applications for housing via My Bield are unavailable during this time, however, you can access an online application form on the Find a Home section of our website.
What you need to know
- Existing tenants should contact their Retirement Housing Manager in the first instance for any support you normally use the portal for.
- New applicants should contact our Customer Contact Centre who will be happy to help. You can call them on 03000 132 162 or email applicants@bield.co.uk for support.
