We are thrilled to announce that our new online housing application feature is officially live on the customer portal!  This exciting update is available to existing tenants and applicants and brand new applicants, making the housing application process easier, faster and more convenient than ever.

What can you do with the new online feature?

Getting Started

To access the new feature, log in to the customer portal at https://customer-portal.bield.co.uk/account/login.  Existing tenants can log in using their current credentials, while applicants can easily create an account to get started.
