Here’s what you can do with My Bield:
My Agreements
- Easily access and review all the agreements between you and Bield.
My Details
- Check the contact information we hold for you and use the enquiry form to update us on any changes to ensure we can reach you when needed.
My Repairs
- Track your repairs and request non-urgent/emergency repairs.
My Cases
- Keep track of all your interactions with Bield, categorised by the services you receive.
My Downloads
- Access detailed account statements for a clear overview of your financial transactions.

Follow these simple steps to join the growing community of My Bield users:
Step 1: Open My Bield
Click on this link to open My Bield: https://customer-portal.bield.co.uk/account/login
Step 2: Enter your details
Provide the following information:
- Your date of birth and surname
- Agreement/tenancy reference: @(RentAgreement.AgreementReference)
- Activation Code: @(Contact.ActivationCode)
- The ‘Captcha Code’ for security purposes
Step 3: Click Register
Complete the form and click the ‘Register’ button. You’ll receive a confirmation email (remember to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).
Once registered, you’ll have full access to My Bield’s features, giving you more control over your tenancy.
