We’re excited to celebrate the first anniversary of My Bield, our convenient online customer portal!  Over the past year, My Bield has empowered our customers with MORE options and MORE choices, making it easier than ever to connect with us.

With My Bield, you can enjoy greater flexibility and control over your tenancy.  Whether you’re using a PC, tablet or smartphone, My Bield is designed to fit seamlessly into your life.

Here’s what you can do with My Bield:

My Agreements

  • Easily access and review all the agreements between you and Bield.

My Details

  • Check the contact information we hold for you and use the enquiry form to update us on any changes to ensure we can reach you when needed.

My Repairs

  • Track your repairs and request non-urgent/emergency repairs.

My Cases

  • Keep track of all your interactions with Bield, categorised by the services you receive.

My Downloads

  • Access detailed account statements for a clear overview of your financial transactions.

Not registered yet? It’s quick and easy!

Follow these simple steps to join the growing community of My Bield users:

Step 1: Open My Bield

Click on this link to open My Bield: https://customer-portal.bield.co.uk/account/login

Step 2: Enter your details

Provide the following information:

  • Your date of birth and surname
  • Agreement/tenancy reference: @(RentAgreement.AgreementReference)
  • Activation Code: @(Contact.ActivationCode)
  • The ‘Captcha Code’ for security purposes

Step 3: Click Register

Complete the form and click the ‘Register’ button.  You’ll receive a confirmation email (remember to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).

Once registered, you’ll have full access to My Bield’s features, giving you more control over your tenancy.
