Rent Consultation 2027-28
Thank you to everyone who took part in our early consultation on Bield's rent plans for 2027/28. The early engagement survey closed on 16 October 2026.
We know that decisions about rent matter. They affect what tenants pay, as well as the services, investment and support Bield can provide. This first stage gave tenants an opportunity to tell us what matters most to them before we develop our detailed proposals.
Your feedback will help shape those proposals, balancing tenants' priorities and affordability with investment in homes and services.

What happens next?
Later in the year, we will consult on our proposed rent options for 2027/28. We weill explain what each option would mean for tenants and how your feedback has informed the proposals.
Every tenant will have the opportunity to complete a survey and share their views before a final decision is made.
