We offer a range of housing options designed for people aged 50 and over across Scotland. If you are under 50, it is unlikely you will be housed within our properties.

As part of the process, you must supply verification before we can make your application live. Proof of identity and address is requested for every application. Depending on your current housing circumstances, we may need you to provide other supporting documents to ensure you are allocated the correct points. If you encounter difficulties providing any of the accepted documents listed in the table below, please contact us as soon as possible. We do appreciate that circumstances can vary and we can look to explore possible alternative options to find a solution.
